Mentor, Advisor or Expert

What's a mentor?

A mentor is a volunteer role within the mentor network. Mentors are experienced builders, industry operators, and current or former FinTech founders who have firsthand experience building a company. FinTech expertise is preferred with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

What's an advisor?

An advisor is a volunteer role within the mentor network. Advisors are lawyers, accountants, marketing experts, or other practitioners approved by the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. Advisors have close access to the program's cohort, and opportunities to contribute on a larger role.

What's an expert?

An expert is a volunteer role within the mentor network. Subject-matter experts are experienced service providers with specialized skill sets in operations, sales, UX/UI, software development, or any expertise relevant to tech founders. Experts may, or may not be entrepreneurs.
